Injection process
 
The decks of our boats are injected under vacuum; This manufacturing technique involves injecting resin between two rigid molds, gel-coated and pre-trimmed glass fabrics.
This specific polyester resin is injected under pressure through specific points. The air then the overflow resin escape under the effect of pressure of the resin, through vents placed on the molds.
So we get pieces perfectly smooth on both sides, while keeping control of materials used, glass and resin.
The injection has the advantage of building a room extremely rigid, favoring the exceptional performance of our yachts.

Infusion process

We have developed a revolutionary technique for making our hulls: impregnation by infusion using 70% glass fiber and 30% resin. Unlike the injection, a single mold is rigid, the second consists of a flexible envelope: a vacuum bag for a vacuum. The resin penetrates through the center of the room and circulates in the tissue by suction through a drainage layer porous fed through pipes.
The hull of the A35 is a revelation in the nautical world, this is indeed the first to be infused under vacuum.
The infusion allows us to gain light, and velocity.
